Common Use: Peppermint contains a high amount of menthol, which causes topical cooling. It is excellent for cooling reddened skin and providing relief from painful mental tension. Added to a massage blend, peppermint is great for soothing. Peppermint also promotes clear breathing. Diffuse or apply topically in 2-10% dilution.

Cautions: Peppermint Supreme Essential Oil should be used well diluted since high concentration can cause a burning sensation and sensitization. Avoid use during pregnancy.
