Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 3:00pm PST are shipped same day.

FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders.


International Shipping


We do ship globally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Temporarily Out of Stock


Temporarily Out of Stock items are noted on the Products page. If any component of your order is out of stock, we will make every effort to split the order and ship the available components.

However, if the expected date for the items to return to stock is less than one week, the order may be slightly delayed until it can be shipped in its entirety. If the expected date of the items to return to stock is more than one week, you will receive an email notification.

Order Tracking

After the tracking number is provided by the carrier, the tracking number with a direct link will be updated in the “Orders” section of your member portal.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to request to return, you must notify our customer service department ( of your intention to return your item(s) within 14 days from the purchase date. Return shipping instructions with an RMA form will be emailed to you after our customer department is notified. Once we have received your item, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Customer pays return shipping cost

We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs, if applicable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please make sure to record your tracking number. We cannot issue an exchange until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.




If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.


Packages returned due to unsuccessful deliveries (i.e., three (3) delivery attempts, customer moved, customer provided incorrect or incomplete address) may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges to have the product resent.


We stand behind all of our product offerings. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or product exchange.

Returns are subject to the following guidelines

  • Exchanges for the same product will be made for products that may have been damaged in transit.

  • Products ordered for the first time may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund, less shipping, and handling.

  • For all other orders, returns of all unopened and resalable products** may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping, and handling.

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • Products returned more than 14 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.


** Certain products may contain pre-packaged, individual servings. To be eligible for a refund, the product, in its entirety, must be unopened. For our customer’s convenience, we have created specialty kits containing multiple products. Unopened and resalable components of a kit may be returned for a refund.
